We invest in Spanish companies with robust business models that have a positive environmental and social impact with a focus on corporate governance. We look for investment opportunities in growing companies with a size of up to 4 million euros EBITDA that integrate environmental and/or social factors into their business models to generate competitive advantages that allow them to develop in the medium term in a sustainable manner.

Mago Equity invests the necessary resources - both financial and operational - to accelerate that impact, assist in internationalization and, as a result, obtain a larger market share, better profitability, and a company with more resources to face the challenges of the coming years.

We focus on growth market segments that are resilient to cycle changes and contribute to solving the challenges posed by globalization, pollution, technological disruption, or the growth of cities.

Energy Transition

We believe that the future lies in a world with less pollution, we know that the energy transition is happening and we want to be major players in it: renewables, self-consumption, efficiency, electrification of transport and the economy or cleantech are some of the sectors that we want to support in their growth.

Sustainable industry

We work to maintain an industry with quality employment and that works in an environmentally friendly way, whose activity improves our environment. The circular economy and the new uses of by-products are making it possible to reduce and recover waste for a world where we do not take more resources than we take from the earth. The sustainable industry has a great future and Mago Equity will help its development.

Healthy eating

We believe that it is necessary to make the transition towards a healthier diet, in which organic and ecological products take precedence and in which we find natural ways to improve the yields of the primary sector. There is a growing awareness about how we feed ourselves and Mago Equity wants to support those companies that want to develop in this field.
